Corporate Flowers for Cyberjaya and Putrajaya Offices

Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are twenty to thirty minutes from our Seri Kembangan studio, and they are the two areas where corporate orders most often need planning rather than just a postcode. Secured campuses, government precincts and multi-tenant towers all have rules about what a rider can carry in.

The occasions offices actually order for

- Farewells and last days. The most common corporate order we receive. A boxed soap flower arrangement is better than a bouquet here — the person is packing a desk, not looking for a vase.
- Promotions and long service. A medium arrangement to the desk, delivered mid-morning so the team sees it arrive.
- Client thank-yous after a project closes. A gift box with a company card, sent to the client's office rather than handed over in a meeting.
- Team appreciation and festive gifting. Multiple identical boxes, one palette, one delivery date. This needs the most lead time.
- Office openings and new floors. A single-tier stand at the lobby, or a lucky cat basket for the reception counter if building management will not allow a stand.

Access details that decide whether it arrives

- Cyberjaya secured campuses (technology parks, shared-service centres, university-linked offices). Many require the rider to be registered at a guard post, and some will not release a visitor pass for a delivery. Give us a staff contact who can come down to the lobby.
- Putrajaya government precincts. Deliveries to ministries and agencies are almost always left at a central mailroom or lobby counter. A boxed arrangement survives that; a wrapped bouquet may not. Include the precinct, block, level and department.
- Multi-tenant towers in both cities. Concierge desks accept parcels but rarely deliver upstairs. The recipient needs to collect.
- Co-working floors. Address it to the co-working operator plus the recipient's company name, or the front desk will not know who it is for.

What to send, practically

Soap flower arrangements in boxes are the right default for corporate sending. They arrive in one piece, need no water, are not affected by an air-conditioned weekend, and they do not become a problem for the recipient to carry home on public transport.

Colour matters in an office setting. Cream, champagne and soft purple read professional. Deep red reads romantic and is the single most common mistake in a corporate order.

Budgets and lead time

- Desk arrangement for a farewell or promotion: RM120 to RM200.
- Client thank-you gift box: RM200 to RM350.
- Bulk team gifting: RM90 to RM150 per box, quoted on quantity.
- Lobby stand for an office opening: from about RM250.

Two working days minimum for a single order. For bulk gifting of ten boxes or more, give us a week, and more in December and before Chinese New Year. For anything invoiced to a company, we can issue a proper invoice with your registration details — send them with the order.

Frequently asked questions

Can you invoice our company and deliver later?

Yes. Tell us the billing details and the delivery date at the time of ordering.

Can you deliver ten identical gifts to ten different addresses?

Yes, but each address needs its own recipient name and mobile number, and delivery is charged per address.

Will the flowers survive a weekend in a closed office?

Soap flowers will, completely. That is one of the main reasons offices choose them.

Can you include our company card or logo?

Yes, we can insert a printed card. Send the artwork or exact wording with the order.
