Sending a Gift Box to a KL Office or Condo Without It Going Missing

The hardest part of sending a gift in Kuala Lumpur is not making it — it is the last fifty metres. Condo guardhouses will not always accept parcels, office receptions close at six, and a bouquet left at a counter in the afternoon sun is a bouquet nobody enjoys.

Address it properly

Include the block, unit, floor and the nearest landmark, plus a phone number that will be answered during the day. For condos, tell us whether the guardhouse accepts parcels — many in Mont Kiara, Bangsar South and Bukit Jalil do not, and the rider will need the recipient to come down.

Time it properly

Offices: before 11am or 2pm to 4pm. Condos: after 6pm on weekdays, or any time at weekends. If it is a surprise, send it to the recipient's workplace rather than their home — someone is always there to receive it.

What goes in the box

A typical KL order is a soap rose set with a handwritten card between RM110 and RM180; add a small keepsake or a larger flower count and you are at RM200 to RM320. Everything travels flat and sealed, so nothing shifts in a rider's bag.

Lead time and cut-off

Two working days minimum, every box made to order. Orders placed after 3pm start counting from the next day. For birthdays and anniversaries, book at the start of the week and pick your delivery date at checkout.

The rider calls first. If there is no answer, the box returns to us and a redelivery fee applies, so a reachable number matters.
