For a shop, clinic, showroom or restaurant opening in Kuala Lumpur, most senders spend RM 288 to RM 688. A single-tier stand with a soap flower panel starts around RM 288; double-tier stands with a lucky cat, pineapple or ingot motif sit near RM 488 and up.

What the greeting should say

Keep it short and prosperous. The phrases Malaysian business owners expect:

- 生意兴隆 — may business flourish
- 开张大吉 — an auspicious opening
- "Congratulations on your grand opening — wishing you a full house every day"

Always include the sender's company name, because the stand is also a business card standing at the door for a week.

Timing matters more than the flowers

Stands must be standing before the ribbon cutting, which in Klang Valley is usually between 8am and 11am, often on a date chosen by a feng shui master. We deliver early morning to KL city, Bukit Bintang, Cheras, Kepong, Puchong, Serdang and Seri Kembangan so the stand is in place before guests arrive.
